# Need Help?

> Who to ask when you're stuck: a troubleshooting page, your shipper, your tech team, or Owlery support.

This page is for **Carriers & Brokers**. A shipper's carriers and brokers use Owlery the same way, so this page applies to both. If the person you're helping isn't a carrier or broker, this page doesn't apply to them.

Start with the troubleshooting page for your problem. If that doesn't solve it, use the sections below to find who can answer fastest.

## Check the Troubleshooting Pages

* **You can't sign in**: [Signing In to Owlery](https://help.owlery.ai/signing-in.md#troubleshooting)
* **A tender you expected isn't there**: [Troubleshoot a Missing Tender](https://help.owlery.ai/carriers/troubleshoot-missing-tenders.md)
* **An invoice won't submit**: [Troubleshoot Invoice Submissions](https://help.owlery.ai/carriers/troubleshoot-invoice-submissions.md)
* **An invoice was disputed, or you want to see where it stands**: [Track and Fix Invoices](https://help.owlery.ai/carriers/track-and-fix-invoices.md)

## Ask Your Shipper

Your shipper decides how they work with you. Ask them about:

* Rates and rate changes
* Why they disputed an invoice, and whether they'll accept a correction
* Which documents to upload and how often to update tracking
* When you'll be paid, if they pay you directly

## Ask Owlery About Freight Pay

If your shipper pays you through Owlery, Owlery handles your payment questions, including payment status and [remittance details](https://help.owlery.ai/carriers/remittance-details.md). Email [support@owlery.ai](mailto:support@owlery.ai).

You're on Freight Pay if you gave Owlery your banking details. If you didn't, your shipper pays you directly, so ask them.

## Ask Your Tech Team About Integrations

If your TMS, API, or EDI connection isn't working, start with your IT or EDI team, or your TMS provider. They can see what your system sent and received. If they need Owlery, they can email [support@owlery.ai](mailto:support@owlery.ai) directly.

## Contact Owlery Support

For anything else that isn't working in Owlery, like an error message, a page that won't load, or a button that does nothing, email [support@owlery.ai](mailto:support@owlery.ai). Include your company name, the shipper's name, and the Load Number if there is one.
