# Cin7 Omni Integration

> Bring Cin7 Omni sales and purchase orders into Owlery. Available on request.

This page is for **Shippers**: teams that quote, tender, and pay for freight in Owlery. If the person you're helping isn't a shipper, this page doesn't apply to them.

Owlery can bring your Cin7 Omni sales and purchase orders into Owlery, including the order details, contacts, addresses, statuses, and line items your freight team needs.

> Cin7 Omni is available on request. Owlery confirms it fits your account and sets up the connection with you. Cin7 Omni and Cin7 Core (formerly DEAR Inventory) are separate products. If you use Cin7 Core, see [Cin7 Core Integration](/shippers/cin7-core/overview.md).

Today, Owlery reads from Cin7 Omni and doesn't write back to it. If you need an update sent back to Cin7 Omni, Owlery scopes it with you during setup.

## Getting Started

**1. Request Cin7 Omni**

Email [support@owlery.ai](mailto:support@owlery.ai) and confirm your system is Cin7 Omni. Owlery checks that the connection fits your account.

**2. Connect**

Owlery confirms how to connect to your Cin7 Omni account and checks that it can read your orders.

**3. Share sample orders**

Share a few representative sales or purchase orders. Owlery reviews them to understand your statuses, addresses, contacts, and items.

**4. Confirm and go live**

Your team confirms how orders will appear in Owlery and anything extra you need. Owlery then turns on the sync.
