# Work with Tables

> Search, filter, arrange, and download any table in Owlery, and act on several rows at once.

Most lists in Owlery, like orders, loads, quotes, and invoices, share the same controls for searching, filtering, arranging, and downloading.

## Search a Table

Type in the search box above the table, or press `Cmd+F` (Mac) or `Ctrl+F` (Windows) to jump straight to it.

Search looks across every tab, not just the one you're on. Owlery switches to the first tab with a match, so you don't have to guess which tab a record is in.

To search all of Owlery instead of one table, click the search icon at the top of the page.

Can't find an order that should have synced from your ERP? See [When a Synced Order Is Missing](/shippers/orders.md#when-a-synced-order-is-missing).

## Filter a Table

Click the filter button to the right of the search box. Pick the fields you want to filter by, like status, dates, or who created the record.

## Act on Several Rows at Once

Check the rows you want, then click a bulk action icon in the table toolbar. Which actions you see depends on the table. For example, on the Orders table you can edit, quote, send, or archive the selected orders.

On smaller screens, the bulk action icons fold into a single **Bulk** dropdown.

## Arrange Columns

* **Reorder**: drag and drop a column to move it.
* **Show or hide**: click the settings gear at the right of the toolbar and turn columns on or off.

## Download a Table

Click the **Download Data** icon to export the table as a CSV file. This works on any table. For example, download your [payment statements](https://owlery.ai/dashboard/payment-statements) to reconcile what you've paid each carrier.

The CSV has the same columns as the table on your screen, and nothing more:

* **To include a hidden column**: turn it on with the settings gear before you download. See [Arrange Columns](#arrange-columns).
* **Data the table has no column for**: not included. A download can't add fields the table doesn't show.
