Signing In
Go to owlery.ai/schedule and sign in with your work email through Google or Microsoft. See Signing In for details. Owlery puts you in your company’s account based on your email domain. Personal email addresses, like Gmail, don’t work.If you don’t see your orders, your email domain probably doesn’t match the one your warehouse set up. Ask the warehouse to check.
What You’ll See
Your Customer Portal has two items in the sidebar:- Orders
- Dock Scheduling.
Your Orders
Orders lists the orders your warehouse handles for you: receipts coming in and shipments going out. They come in automatically from the warehouse’s system, so you don’t enter anything. To find an order, type its order number in the search box above the Orders table. For filters, columns, and downloads, see Work with Tables. You only see your own orders. Other customers’ orders and appointments stay hidden.Booking a Dock Appointment
Go toDock Scheduling → Add Appointment and search for your order number. Then follow Book an Appointment for the full steps.
- Search by your order number: Type your complete order number in the Order field.
Booking for Your Carrier
You can book the appointment and then keep your carrier informed, or let the carrier book it themselves.- You book it: Add your carrier’s dispatch email under Appointment update recipients in Booking Details. Owlery emails them whenever the appointment changes.
- Your carrier books it: Send your carrier the order number and the Book an Appointment link. Owlery emails them directly about any changes.
Why a Time Isn’t Available
The warehouse decides how many trucks it can handle and when. A time is unavailable when:- The warehouse is full: It already has as many trucks booked at that time as it allows.
- No dock is free: A dock that fits your appointment has to be free for the whole time slot.
- The warehouse is closed: The time falls outside its hours, or on a holiday or closure date.
After You Book
Your appointment shows one of two statuses at first:- Proposed: The warehouse needs to review your requested time. Wait for it to confirm, and don’t book a second appointment for the same order.
- Confirmed: The time is booked. Plan around it.
Who to Contact
- Your warehouse: Missing orders, time slots, or an appointment still waiting for confirmation.
- support@owlery.ai: Sign-in problems or errors. Include your work email, the warehouse, the order number, and a screenshot.
Beyond This Warehouse
Dock Scheduling covers one step of your shipment: getting a time at the door. Your warehouse uses Owlery to run its docks, but shippers use the same platform to handle the rest of the move. When your company ships through Owlery’s TMS, orders can come straight from your ERP. Quotes and tenders go to your carriers and brokers, and loads, documents, and invoices stay together in one place. That works at this warehouse and at every other facility you ship to or from. At facilities that schedule through Owlery, your loads also show appointment details without anyone passing them along, which keeps you, your carriers, and your facility in sync.Explore the Shipper Guide
