Where to find it: Dashboard → Integrations You can add as many carriers and brokers as you need. The same flow covers both a full data integration and simple Carrier Portal access.

Click Add Integration

The green Add Integration button is in the top right.

Find your carrier or broker in the list

Many carriers and brokers have a predefined integration — choose it if yours is listed, since it enables real-time data exchange. If it isn’t listed, choose Carrier Portal, which works for anyone.

Enter your account manager's email

Confirm the account manager’s name, and leave Also add this broker to quoting integrations when Owlery can match their brokerage ticked. This makes them available to quote without any extra setup — see Preferred Brokers.

What Happens Next

  • Owlery already knows this carrier or broker: they’re available for quoting and tendering straight away.
  • Owlery doesn’t know them yet: they get an email invite to join your network. They confirm their MC/DOT number during onboarding, and then they’re available to quote and tender.

Choose What Happens When You Pick This Carrier

Each carrier or broker’s card on the Integrations page has a Preferred action when assigning the carrier setting. It decides which action comes first when you pick this carrier on a quote:
  • Send tender (default): sends the carrier a load offer to accept.
  • Select carrier: records your choice without sending a tender, so you can finalize details before you tender.
Most organizations keep Send tender. To find out whether Select carrier fits your workflow, email support@owlery.ai. The other action is still available in the dropdown, so you can switch for a single load. For how selecting and tendering work on a quote, see Review Responses & Tender.
