Where to find it: Settings → Integrations. On the Cin7 Core card, click Settings. You can change these in Settings. Changes save automatically and take effect on the next sync.

Import Rules

Cin7 Core connections have the shared Import Rules: pause sync, choose order types, and exclude orders by order number, status, customer, location, and more. Cin7 Core adds: The sales channel filter applies only to sales. Matching ignores capitalization. When it’s on, sales without a sales channel aren’t imported. Purchases and stock transfers aren’t affected.

Routing & Mappings

When you split by location, Owlery keeps the splits in step with Cin7 Core on later syncs. Adding, removing, or restoring a location doesn’t create duplicate orders.

Owlery maps Cin7 Core statuses to Owlery statuses automatically. This isn’t a setting.

Authentication Details

Owlery needs a Cin7 Core API account ID and application key. The API account needs access to the records you sync (sales, advanced purchases, stock transfers, products, locations, customers, and suppliers), plus write access if you turn on date write-back.
