Owlery connects to Katana and brings your orders, locations, products, materials, and inventory into Owlery. When it fits your carrier workflow, we also set up fulfillment tracking back in Katana.
After your Katana administrator authorizes the connection, Owlery discovers the account and handles validation and rollout. You choose what syncs in Settings.
Where to find it: Settings → Integrations

Three Parts of the Integration

Reading Data

Synchronize sales, purchase, and transfer orders plus locations, variants, and inventory.

Writing Back

Add carrier tracking numbers to Katana sales-order fulfillments for a supported carrier workflow.

Configuration Reference

Change what syncs and how Owlery reads your data in Settings.

Getting Started

1

Connect

A Katana administrator connects Katana to Owlery. The administrator signs in to Katana and approves access; Owlery handles the credentials from there.
2

Share sample transactions

Share representative sales orders, purchase orders, or stock transfers. Owlery learns your locations, variants, units, statuses, and fulfillment behavior from the data.
3

Choose what syncs

On the Katana card, click Settings. Choose the order types to import, and add Import Rules for orders you don’t want in Owlery. To put the order’s delivery contact on the BOL, see Fields & Values.
4

Go live

Owlery validates normal, exception, and tracking scenarios, starts synchronization, and monitors the first records.
