Once Cin7 Omni is connected, Owlery pulls your sales and purchase orders in automatically. Cin7 Omni is available on request; Owlery confirms the connection details with you during setup.

Orders

From each order, Owlery can read the Cin7 Omni order ID, created and modified dates, status, delivery instructions, customer or supplier details, billing address, item name, line comments, expected and shipped quantity, unit price, and barcode. Owlery recognizes the Draft, Submitted, Confirmed, Cancelled, and Closed statuses. If your account uses other statuses, Owlery reviews them with you before go-live.

How Syncing Works

Each sync pulls only the orders that changed since the last one. Owlery paces its requests to stay within Cin7 Omni’s limits. If an address is missing its city, state, or country, Owlery fills it in from the postal code when it can.

What’s Not Included Yet

The standard Cin7 Omni setup doesn’t include:
  • Item master sync
  • Stock transfers
  • Custom field mapping
  • Writing shipment, fulfillment, receipt, or status updates back to Cin7 Omni
