Owlery connects to SOS Inventory and brings sales orders, purchase orders, transfers, item records, locations, customers, vendors, units, and packaging into Owlery.
If your team keeps SKUs in a different item field, Owlery can read it from there. You don’t need to change your existing item records.
Where to find it: Settings → Integrations

Two Parts of the Integration

Reading Data

Sync sales orders, purchase orders, transfers, and your item master.

Configuration Reference

Change what syncs and how Owlery reads your data in Settings.
Owlery reads from SOS Inventory and doesn’t write back to it. If you need updates sent back, Owlery scopes them with you.

Getting Started

1

Connect

An authorized user connects SOS Inventory to Owlery. The user signs in and approves access; Owlery handles the credentials from there.
2

Share sample records

Share representative sales, purchase, or transfer orders and items. Owlery learns your locations, addresses, identifiers, units, and packaging conventions from the data.
3

Choose what syncs

On the SOS Inventory card, click Settings. Choose the order types to import, and add Import Rules for orders you don’t want in Owlery. If your SKU lives in another item field, set it on Fields & Values.
4

Go live

Owlery tests the sync, turns it on, and monitors the first records.
