Where to find it: Settings → Integrations. On the SOS Inventory card, click Settings. You can change these in Settings. Changes save automatically and take effect on the next sync.

Import Rules

SOS Inventory connections have the shared Import Rules: pause sync, choose order types, and exclude orders by order number, status, customer, location, and more.

Fields & Values

When name becomes the SKU, Owlery picks a separate display name from the first filled-in full name, description, purchase description, or original name. Your SOS item records aren’t changed.

Authentication Details

An authorized user approves Owlery’s access in SOS Inventory. See Connect SOS Inventory to Owlery. The account needs read permission for Items, units, sales orders, purchase orders, transfers, locations, customers, and vendors.

Owlery reads from SOS Inventory and doesn’t write anything back to it.
