Owlery connects to SAP Business One and brings your sales and purchase orders into Owlery, with their customers, suppliers, and warehouses. We also add tracking and bill of lading details from linked delivery notes.
Every SAP Business One deployment is hosted a little differently. Owlery sets up the connection with you and confirms it can reach your system before go-live.
Where to find it: Settings → Integrations

Two Parts of the Integration

Reading Data

Synchronize sales and purchase orders and enrich linked shipments from delivery notes.

Configuration Reference

Change what syncs and how Owlery reads your data in Settings.
Owlery reads from SAP Business One and doesn’t write back to it. If you need updates sent back to SAP, Owlery scopes them with you.

Getting Started

1

Connect

Provide the company database name, an SAP API (Service Layer) username and password, and network access to it. Owlery confirms it can connect and has the right permissions.
2

Share sample documents

Share representative sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery notes. Owlery learns your customer codes, warehouses, carrier values, and shipment-reference patterns from the data.
3

Choose what syncs

On the SAP Business One card, click Settings. Choose the order types to import, and add Import Rules for orders you don’t want in Owlery. Add a custom query filter for each order type if you need one.
4

Go live

Owlery checks sample orders and delivery notes, starts the sync, and monitors the first records.
