Owlery connects to SAP S/4HANA and brings your sales, purchasing, delivery, and stock-transfer documents into Owlery, keeping the links between them. When your SAP system supports it, Owlery can also send carrier and freight results back.
Every SAP S/4HANA system is set up a little differently. Owlery works out how yours is configured and recommends the smallest setup that fits your process.
Where to find it: Settings → Integrations

Three Parts of the Integration

Reading Data

Synchronize sales, deliveries, requisitions, purchase orders, and stock transfers.

Writing Back

Optionally send the carrier, quote number, and freight cost back to SAP.

Configuration Reference

Change what syncs and how Owlery reads your data in Settings.

Getting Started

1

Connect

Provide a dedicated SAP API user, the API address, and the permissions Owlery lists for your workflow. Owlery confirms it can connect.
2

Share sample document flows

Share representative sales orders, deliveries, requisitions, purchase orders, or stock transfers. Owlery follows the relationships and learns the plants, partners, items, and pricing conventions.
3

Choose what syncs

On the SAP S/4HANA card, click Settings. Choose the order types to import, and add Import Rules for orders you don’t want in Owlery. Pick order grouping and requisition origins on Fields & Values.
4

Go live

Owlery tests normal and exception scenarios, enables the agreed configuration, and monitors the first records.
